Mary and Larry were married for 21 years and he preceded her in death in 2007.

In addition to raising her family, she had worked doing home healthcare in the area and also as a caretaker at the Augusta Housing Apartments. Mary lived at the Augusta Apartments before moving into the Augusta Area Nursing Home 2 years ago due to failing health. Mary loved the time she always had with her family and enjoyed the outdoors; especially camping trips and afternoon picnics.
