Treva J. Muhe, 93, formerly of rural Alma Center, passed away unexpectedly but very peacefully on Saturday evening, January 3, 2026, at Augusta SilverLeaf Assisted Living.
Treva Joann Muhe, daughter of Raymond and Hazel (Hyatt) Stuart was born April 3, 1932, in Kimball County, Nebraska. She was raised on a farm and attended country school through the 8th grade.
Treva was united in marriage to Herman Muhe on Oct. 4, 1953 at the Methodist Church in Kimball, Nebraska. With her husband, she moved to Pine Bluff, Wyoming, before moving back to farm in Kimball. In 1963 the couple moved to Jackson County in Wisconsin where Treva's father was living. Two years later they moved to their final home in Cleveland Township, rural Alma Center. After her husband passed away on Sept. 3, 2017, she remained in their home until entering SilverLeaf in 2023.
As an adult she was baptized at the Neillsville Assembly of God. She had attended the Augusta Assembly of God, where she taught Sunday school for over 35 years and for many years drove with the big green church bus picking up kids and adults for services.
Throughout the years Treva had enjoyed tending to her fruit and vegetable gardens, milking the cows, and taking care of the chickens, horses and donkeys.
She will be dearly missed by her 2 sons, Mark and Richel Muhe of Alma Center, Marlin and Wendy Muhe of Bryan, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, Brittany(Schwenneker), Ryan , Matthew and Caleb Muhe; sister, Beverly and Arnold Haugen of Osseo.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Ewers and Rosemary Olson.

A celebration of life is planned for April 3rd at the Lions Club in Augusta, Wisconsin.
