Megan Lea Morgan, daughter of Gena Morgan and Scott Hale was born February 1, 1986, in Black River Falls. She was raised in the Alma Center area and attended Alma Center Elementary School and graduated in 2004 from Alma Center High School. Following her graduation she moved to Milwaukee and attended M.A.T.C., where she was trained as a certified nursing assistant. While living in the Milwaukee area she was active with the Recovery Club and with the 414 Church, where she and her daughter were both baptized.
