Patricia Ann Tomkowiak, 84 of Lake Hallie, WI passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 5, 2022 at her home.
Pat was born on February 16, 1937 in Eau Claire WI, the eldest child of Asa and Zena Paine.
Pat enjoyed the farming days while raising the children. She especially loved working as a home-care provider, and later cooking for seniors at Oak Garden and Good Shephard Senior living facilities until retiring at age 80. She enjoyed traveling on many bus trips.
Pat is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Paul Tomkowiak, her children, Jean (David) Heldstab, Chris Salzgeber, Jerry (Kathy) Salzgeber, Dennis (Judy) Salzgeber, Ed (Valorie) Salzgeber, Joan Salzgeber, Eugene Salzgeber and Joyce Salzgeber, step-children Penny (Larry) Hoover, Perry (Terri) Tomkowiak, and Pam Herbst, 20 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 2 step-great grandchildren, her siblings Malcolm (Kay) Paine, Merle Paine, Rexetta (John) Halverson, Dorothy Cook, Susan (David) Bender and Rita (Harvey) Lange, half-siblings Joseph Paine and Karen (Edgar) Johnson, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews, other family & friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents Asa and Zena (Snow) Paine, grandparents Simeon Lyle and Thora (Olson) Paine and Clinton and Viola (Brown) Snow, her first husband, Christian Salzgeber, grandson Jesse Schreiner, siblings Charles, Richard, James, Robert and Donald Paine, Peggy Wirth and Sherry Lindsey.
A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Landmark Christian Church in Lake Hallie with visitation 2 hours prior. Assisting the family, Anderson Funeral Home, Augusta.
