Petra Huth
Petra A. Huth, 48, of Lake Hallie, passed away at her home on June 10, 2021.
Petra Andrea Huth, daughter of Darlene Peterson and Wyman Huth, was born September 18, 1972, in Eau Claire. She was raised in Eau Claire where she graduated from North High School in 1991. Petra went on to attend Minneapolis Business College. She returned to the Eau Claire area where she had been employed in the insurance and claims departments for multiple health care businesses, including Mayo Clinic, Group Health, and Oakleaf Surgical Center.
Petra enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling them with her cooking and baking. Petra made elaborate dinners and found new favorite recipes for everyone. Her kindness and warmth was obvious to all. She never turned down an opportunity to go shopping, spending most of her time in the shoe and purse department. Petra had a large collection of books and always looked forward to watching a good movie, particularly ones with Vin Diesel. She loved dogs and was especially fond of her beloved golden retriever, Igor.
Petra will be dearly missed by her three brothers, Matt (Chris) Huth of Fairchild, Jarred (Melinda) Huth of Lake Hallie, Jayme (Mandy) LeMere of River Falls, sister-in-law Vikki Huth of Fall Creek, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Petra was preceded in death by her parents, Wyman and Darlene, and her brother Curtis Huth.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 19, 2021, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Eagles Club (Outback Building) in Lake Hallie located at 2477 S. Prairie View Ave, Chippewa Falls.
The family is assisted by Anderson Funeral Home in Augusta.
