Austin C. LeMon
Austin C. LeMon, 14, of rural Augusta, Wilson Township, passed away Monday, August 18, 2014, as a result of an automobile accident near Arcadia, WI. The accident also took the life of his step-father, Donald Lewallen.
Austin Christopher LeMon, son of David Sr. and Candi (Koffler) LeMon was born Nov. 3, 1999 in Mora, MN. He was a student in the Stanley-Boyd School district, where he had just finished the 8th grade. Austin had enjoyed wrestling in the younger grades and playing on the school baseball team. With his family and friends he was an avid hunter and 3 wheel rider. He had a passion for music and spent countless hours collecting and listening to songs on his I-Pod. Austin enjoyed spending time with his family, whether it was working along side them or having fun on the trails or in the woods.
He will be dearly missed by his parents, Candi Lewallen of rural Augusta and David LeMon of Rush City, MN, step- mother, Alexandria (Annie) Hart of Pine City, MN; 3 brothers, David LeMon of Rush City, MN, Mason LeMon of Pine City, MN Donavon Lewallen of Chippewa Falls; 3 sisters, Marissa Lewallen of Stanley, Abigail Lewallen of Augusta, Madisson LeMon of Pine City, MN, and he was waiting the November arrival of his baby sister, Elizabeth. He is further survived by his grandparents, Merry Bell of Rush City, MN, David LeMon of Rush City, MN, Teresa (Ted) Feela of Grasston, MN, Dennis “Doc” and Pat Lewallen of Boyd; great grandparents, Colleen (Walter) Larson and Marlene Marohn all of Rush City, MN.
Funeral services for Austin and his step-father Donald Lewallen will be held Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Augusta, with burial in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wilson Township, Eau Claire County. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.
