Michael Sprinkle
Michael K. Sprinkle, 58 of Fairchild, passed away at his home following a year long illness on Thursday, July 18, 2013.
Michael Keith Sprinkle, son of James and Ruth (Syverson) Sprinkle, was born Dec. 16, 1954 in the Fairchild area. He lived all of his life in Wisconsin, where he was raised in Fairchild, and graduated from Osseo- Fairchild High School in 1973. Mike was united in marriage to Betty Jane Schwenneker in 1977, in Humbird . For 34 years Mike was employed as a press operator for Nelson Muffler in Neillsville. Mike had enjoyed camping, gun and bow hunting and fishing.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Betty of Fairchild; son Levi and Holly Sprinkle of Stanley; 3 daughters, Jewle and Jose Aguilar of Osseo, Meria and Travis Barfknecht of Williston, ND, and Charity Sprinkle of Fairchild; 7 grandchildren, Samuel and Rose Sprinkle, David and Gracie Aquilar, Judah, Elijah and Ezekiel Barfknecht; 3 brothers, James Sprinkle of Black River Falls, Gary and Nancy Sprinkle of Fairchild, Leroy and Louise Sprinkle of Eau Claire; 2 sister, Iva Marie and Edward Bizjak of Greenwood, Rita and Larry Sauers of Augusta; several nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his father in 1964, his mother in 1997; infant daughter, Gloria Rose and brothers, Carl and Arnold Sprinkle.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 22, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at Reaching Out Ministries Church on the corner of Hwy 53 and Simonson Road, between Whitehall and Pigeon Falls. Friends may call from 2:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Anderson Funeral Home in Augusta, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
