Mark Kuhn
Mark R. Kuhn, 53, of rural Augusta, passed away early Tuesday morning, November 5, 2013, as a result of an automobile accident near Osseo. 

Mark Richard Kuhn, son of Richard and Joanne (Denning) Kuhn was born August 15, 1960 in Eau Claire. He was raised in Augusta, where he graduated from Augusta High School in 1978. Mark was united in marriage to Joanna Marion on May 18, 1990 in Eau Claire. Mark had been employed by Mueller Landscaping in Chippewa Falls, and through them became a licensed landscaper. He was currently self employed in the business and was also the sexton for the Augusta Cemetery Association since April of 2010. Mark enjoyed the outdoors and spent many hours trapping, fishing and hunting, especially bear. He participated in the Augusta area pool leagues, shooting 20 years for the Buckhorn Bar and also for Mulligans and Blooms. He shot trap for the Pit Stop in Augusta, and was a member of the archery league through Fred’s Archery in Osseo. He had also started his own archery league in rural Augusta.  

Mark will be deeply missed by Joanna, his wife of 23 years; daughter, Amanda and Jeff Hayden of Augusta; son, Mark A. Kuhn of Kentucky; father Richard Kuhn of Augusta; grandchildren, Dakota Kuhn, Elisha Kuhn, Abigail and Micah Hayden; sister, Patti and Bernie Yule of Osseo; other relatives and many friends.  

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joanne, siblings, Nicole and William, nephew Tommy and grandparents, Oscar and Katherine Kuhn, Merle and Irene Denning.  

Memorial services will be held Saturday Oct. 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Augusta, with burial in the East Lawn Cemetery in Augusta. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home. 

At 2:00 p.m. the family will be meeting at the Trails Edge (former Buckhorn Bar) 4 miles north of Augusta on highway 27. If you are unable to attend the visitation or services, please meet with them there.  

The family has requested that flowers not be sent.
